About the property
The typical istrian hamlet of Jursici is situated on southwest part of Istrian peninsula, in between two medieval towns of Vodnjan and Sanvincenat. The town of Pula, which is well known around the world for it's cultural sites such as antic Arena and Temple of Augustus, is only 25-minute driving away.
Pula international airport is within 25 minute by car and Fazana is 15 minutes. At Fazana you'll find beautiful beaches ant it is the port of National Park of Brijuni, known as Tito's summer residence, where he has received the world famous stars such as Sofia Loren, Elisabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Luis Armstrong and many important politicians at their time from all around the world.
During the summer months in Sanvincenta's castle and around the town, dancing festival, concerts of all kind of music and medieval tournament are taking a place.
The central position of VILLA ARYA will enable all its guests to visit various cultural and historic sights offered by Istrian peninsula. In the same time, the wine and food lovers shall have the opportunity to explore flavors and aromas of Istria through rich proposal of local winemakers and their wine cellars, as well as visits to truffles, see shells or sausage festivals...
The real taste of Istra you can get only through conjunction of high gastronomy and enology, history and natural beauties that allure occasional traveler at every step of Istrian soil.
If you are a fan of coastal towns and fresh sea air, give yourself time and visit famous places such as Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Novigrad or Umag. These cities abound in culture, monuments, parks and picnic areas, so in Pula along beautiful beaches, such as Fazana Beach, Hawaiian or Gortan Bay.

The spatial heated (max 28°C) swimming pool is dominating in the waste private garden, covered with soft grass, Mediterranean trees and bushes. The luxury hot tub disposes with various massage programs, light settings and good music through the stereo with Bluetooth function.
Covered with huge terraces, house offer outside space for grill and outdoor dining room under the open sky during the warm summer evenings where you shall enjoy in tasteful food and cocktails by listening relaxing music performed on hi-fi outside speakers.
This villa is set-up in a small, typical Istrian hamlet of Jursici, peaceful countryside setting which makes it a perfect peaceful retreat from rush of a modern life, but still, just a short drive away from Istria beaches, tourist and historical sites.
The house has about 180 square meters of surface plus 800 square meters of garden. In front of the villa is a parking place for 3 cars.

Villa Arya
Es war ein wunderschöner urlaub mit einem super tollen service auf alle fälle zum weiterempfehlen. Unsere Gastgeberin Larissa war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen fragen konnten wir uns immer jederzeit bei ihr melden und bekamen 1-2 Minuten später eine Antwort. Es war ein wunderschöner urlaub. Tolle Villa mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben dort wunderschöne sommertage und nächte verbracht.

Vi var en storfamilie på 7 stk som leide huset i 1 uke. Huset stod virkelig til forventningene. Veldig ryddig, organisert og innholdsrikt. (Manglet ingen ting) Vertskapet som leier ut huset er helt enestående. Profesjonelle, imøtekommende og vil gjøre sitt ytterste for at oppholde skal bli så perfekt som mulig. De er behjelpelig med ALT. Dette huset og beliggenhet anbefales virkelig om du er ute etter litt luksus og avslapping i ferien din.
